Privilege (Sales) Tax Information
It is the vendor’s responsibility to claim any sales of merchandise during your show. If you intend on conducting any sales the City of Mesa requires that an ‘Exhibitor License’ be completed. Please contact 480-644-2316 for any questions you may have about your responsibility.
Shipping of Materials
Please go through your negotiated decorator/general contractor for shipping of materials/boxes at the conclusion of your show. If your decorator is not providing shipment of materials, we have a purveyor available onsite.

If you attempt to ship out materials on your own, please note that we do not store boxes onsite. Deliveries need to be taken care of prior to close of show or standard business hours.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on 3rd Street and in our West Parking lot. During Saturday and Sunday, additional parking is available in the covered parking garage East of the Main Hall.
Food and Beverage
As a courtesy, during move in and move out vendors may bring in outside food and beverage for individual consumption only. Outside food and beverage must be consumed off the show floors. Once the show has begun, we ask that vendors use concession stands provided onsite, or if appropriate, food provided by show manager. Should you have any dietary needs, please communicate with show manager and the venue can make accommodations to meet your needs.
Recycling
The Mesa Convention Center has cardboard recycling onsite. Please breakdown any used boxes and leave in your booths for pick up. Our staff will pick up nightly for your convenience.
Recycling of bottled water or aluminum cans may be provided based at the show manager’s request. Bins are available by request only in the Main Hall. Recycle bins are also available for you to use in the foyers in Buildings A & B.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located through the lobby on the west side of the Exhibit Hall only.
Internet and Telecom
We provide telephone services as well as both hard wired and wireless high-speed internet for all event spaces at the convention center.
Power, Water & Air
We provide exhibit floor electrical, compressed air, water, audio visual electrical requirements and production electrical supply.
City Services
We coordinate services with other city departments such as PD, Fire, Tax and Licensing, etc.
Rigging and Audio Visual
Our exclusive rigging partner and preferred in-house AV team will work with you to conceptualize, design, engineer and execute events that will amaze your audience and drive business results.
